Personal Data Protection
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the user whose personal data is being processed has the right to request access to personal data and information as specified in Article 15 of the GDPR, the right to rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and the right to data portability to another controller under the conditions and limitations specified in Article 20 of the GDPR. The user also has the right to object to the processing of their personal data by the Controller.

The legal basis for the processing of users’ personal data is the performance of a contract and the Controller’s legitimate interest. The Controller processes personal data for the purposes of fulfilling contracts and for direct marketing, to the extent of: name and surname, residential or delivery and billing address (if different from the residential address), ID number and tax identification number, email address, and phone number. Providing this personal data is voluntary. For the website to function properly, cookies stored in the user’s browser are also processed.
The Controller processes personal data for the duration necessary to fulfill the contract, for direct marketing purposes for 1 year from obtaining the personal data, and with respect to cookies, for the period necessary to ensure the correct functioning of the website.
If the user believes that the Controller or a processor is processing their personal data in a manner that infringes on their private or personal life, or that violates the law or GDPR—especially if the personal data is inaccurate with respect to the purpose of processing—the user may request an explanation or demand that the Controller or processor remedy the situation. If the user is not satisfied with the handling of their personal data, they may file a complaint with the Controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at Pplk. Cookie Settings
The user acknowledges that Dominika Hašková, ID No: 22433023, with registered office at Plzeňská 3352/156, 150 00, Praha 5 – Smíchov, (the “Controller”), may process cookies text files sent by websites and stored on the user’s device (“cookies”) for the purpose of ensuring the basic functionality of the website and for marketing purposes, based on the legitimate interest of the Controller. Any other cookies beyond the Controller’s legitimate interest may only be processed if the user grants their free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent to such processing. Consent to the processing of cookies may be granted through the internet browser and its settings. Most browsers accept cookies automatically by default. In order to withdraw consent, cookies may be refused or selectively allowed via the browser settings.
Cookies will be processed for a maximum of 13 months and may be made accessible to personal data processors. The website interface uses Google Analytics and Google Adwords services, provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics will use cookies if the user consents to their processing.
The information generated by cookies regarding website usage (including the IP address) will be transferred and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information to evaluate website use, compile reports on website activity for the Controller, and provide other services related to internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if such third parties process the data on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate the user’s IP address with any other data held by Google.
