Yes! We always meet you and your pet before the first visit—and it’s completely free. We’ll ask everything we need to give your furry friend the best care possible: favorite walking routes, feeding habits, allergies, and how things work at your home so we can fit right in without disrupting your routine. We’ll also go over and sign the service agreement during this meeting.
Yes, after every walk or visit, we’ll automatically send you a photo or video by email so you know your pet is happy and comfortable. We can also notify you via SMS or WhatsApp when we arrive and leave. And if you’d like, we even offer video calls with your furry friend!
We’ll pick up your keys before the first walk or visit and return them directly to you—never through a mailbox or left under a doormat. Both handover and return are confirmed with a signed key handover form. This service is completely free of charge.
Absolutely! If you have a rabbit, guinea pig, hamster, or any other furry (or even scaly) friend at home, just get in touch — we’re happy to help!
Yes! Watering your plants, taking out the trash, or tidying up after your pet is all included — no extra charge.
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. After that, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will apply.
